This tilt-up concrete building serves as a multi-use facility for AAA.  Besides providing overnight interior truck parking, the building includes wash and repair bays, administrative offices and an emergency call center.

Dairy Queen Treat Centers

Location:  Crystal City, Hayti, Saint Peters, Bonne Terre, De Soto and Weldon Springs, MO; Bethalto, Granite City, Caseyville, Belleville, IL
Owner/Developer:  Dairy Queen Enterprises, Inc.
Completion Date:  March 1992 through March 2004
Size:  2,200 SF
Cost:  $250,000 each

These freestanding buildings represent a new prototype for Dairy Queen restaurants in the Saint Louis area.  The exterior features white concrete masonry, a metal canopy, a tower and neon bands.  The interior addresses food preparation areas, service lines, dining areas and storage.

Rally’s Drive-thru Restaurants

Location:  Saint Louis and Saint Peters, Missouri; Newark and Dayton, Ohio; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Muskegon and South Haven, Michigan
Owner/Developer:  Altes/Setla
Completion Date:  September 2003, through March 2007
Size:  900 SF each

Based on national standards, we worked with the regional franchiser to develop a new prototype design for these markets.  Using cost efficient steel stud construction, the buildings feature covered double-drive through lanes, “retro” ceramic tile, glass block and neon features.  Existing buildings were gutted and reworked to match the new prototype.

Domino’s Pizza

Location:  Collinsville and O’Fallon, Illinois; Kirkwood, Missouri

Completion Date:  January, 2000 through June, 2001
Size:  1,200-1,900 SF each

Each tenant space must conform to national standards, yet be adapted for each location.  Our work with the local franchiser includes tenant remodeling as well as new freestanding buildings.
